Sarasota, Fl. — Sarasota Paradise has released its full 2026 schedule as the club prepares for its inaugural USL League One season. The 2026 campaign features a 34 game USL League One regular season, plus four group stage games in the Prinx Tires USL Cup.
Competition format overview
USL League One regular season
USL League One’s 2026 season runs 34 weeks from March 7 through Oct. 24. Each club plays a full home and home schedule for 34 regular season games, and the top eight teams in the standings advance to the single elimination USL League One Playoffs beginning the weekend of Oct. 30 to Nov. 1.
USL Cup
The 2026 USL Cup is an interleague cup competition featuring teams from USL Championship and USL League One. Clubs are placed into seven regional groups, play four group stage games from April 25 through July 11, and then advance into a knockout stage where the seven group winners and one wild card move on.
Sarasota Paradise competes in Group 7 alongside Miami FC, FC Naples, South Georgia Tormenta FC, Sporting Club Jacksonville, and Tampa Bay Rowdies.

Sarasota Paradise will play its home games at Premier Sports Campus at Lakewood Ranch.
Broadcast
The league’s broadcast partnership includes national coverage across ESPN networks and CBS Sports platforms, with games also available on ESPN+ and additional networks, with the full broadcast schedule to be announced.
