SETTING THE SCENE
Sarasota Paradise return home to Premier Sports Campus as they take on Chattanooga Redwolves on Wednesday, August 19th. This will be the Paradise’s first home league game since June 13, when they defeated Union Omaha 2-0. The Paradise will be looking to bounce back from a 3-1 loss to Charlotte Independence last Saturday and get back in the win column. Chattanooga currently sit in eighth place in the league table, having won three of their last five league matches.
CELEBRATION OF PARADISE
Wednesday’s game is also a celebration of soccer in Sarasota, as August 19 is officially Sarasota Paradise Day. The Paradise have unveiled a special “941 Jersey” exclusively for season ticket members, which can be picked up in the team store starting tonight with proof of membership.

PLAYER TO WATCH
Andres Rodriguez, MF – Rodriguez has been a reliable passer when on the field, completing 85% of attempted connections with his teammates as well as registering an assist in league play and one against rivals FC Naples in the USL Cup. Rodriguez is also a steady defensive piece for the Paradise, as his 7 interceptions and 33 duels won show that he can regain possession and spark a Paradise attack.
