Sarasota Paradise will host the USL League Two Playoffs presented by VensureHR for the first time ever, kicking off with a Southern Conference Quarterfinal matchup against Sporting JAX on Friday, July 18 at 7:30 PM at Premier Sports Campus at Lakewood Ranch.
Paradise comes into the playoffs in strong form after a 3-0 victory over FC Miami City in their regular season finale, with goals from Romeo Dahlen, George Waites, and Nate Lam. The win was witnessed by a record-setting USL League Two crowd for the club.
Their opponent, Sporting JAX finished atop the USL League Two Southeastern Division with a record of 8 wins, 3 losses, and 1 tie. They averaged 2.08 points per match and narrowly edged out Nona FC for the division title by just one point. By comparison, Sarasota Paradise ended the regular season with 29 points and an impressive 2.42 points per match.
