Sarasota Paradise is proud to announce the return of Angel Velasquez for the 2025 USL League Two season. Velasquez enters his third season with the club, bringing sharp attacking instincts and a relentless work ethic to the squad.
A product of IMG Academy, where he spent seven years developing his game, Velasquez has grown into a dynamic winger known for his speed, creativity and ability to break down defenses. His commitment to Sarasota Paradise has been evident both on and off the field, including standout performance in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
“I’m really excited to join Sarasota Paradise for my third season,” Velasquez said. “I’m mostly excited for this year’s roster, it’s our most competitive group yet.”
