Sarasota Paradise has been named League 2’s New Organization of the Year by the United Soccer League (USL). The accolade, a testament to the club’s remarkable inaugural year, was publically announced by the USL today.
The Sarasota Paradise, which only took flight a year ago, has swiftly become a powerhouse in the soccer community, drawing attention not just for its on-field prowess but also for its dynamic presence off the pitch. The New Organization of the Year award recognizes the exceptional achievements and contributions of a club in its first year of existence within the USL framework.
Expressing their gratitude and excitement, a spokesperson for Sarasota Paradise stated, “This is a huge achievement, and we are honored to accept the award. We barely launched a year ago, and to have achieved as much as we have in one year is remarkable. We have the fans, staff, and players to thank for this awesome recognition.”
The journey to this accolade has been nothing short of extraordinary for Sarasota Paradise. The club has not only impressed with its on-field performances but has also built a robust fanbase and established a positive community presence. A USL spokesperson, commenting on Sarasota Paradise’s impact, remarked, “The club has been a beacon for the rest of the soccer landscape, not simply League Two”. The New Organization of the Year award sets the stage for continued success in the seasons to come. The entire Paradise family is thankful to the USL and League 2 for this recognition and award.
